Safeguarding Children and Young People and Adults at Risk Policy

Winterbourne Parish Council provides the following activities:

• Looks after the interests of the communities of Winterbourne, Winterbourne Down, Hambrook and Frenchay.
• Oversees a community Centre where rooms are let out for public hire.

Whilst these may not include direct services or support for children, young people and adults at risk Winterbourne Parish Council recognises that safeguarding those members of society is everyone’s business and that all may become vulnerable at many stages in their lives.
