Community Consultation on Play Provision

We are seeking your views on the future of play provision in our community.

Our existing play areas are due for review, and we are exploring opportunities to improve the play experience for children and young people. This consultation will help us understand how the space is currently used, what works well, and what improvements local residents would like to see.

We want to hear from parents, carers, children, young people, local residents, schools, and community groups. We would like your views on:

• The current play facilities and equipment
• The types of play opportunities you would like to see provided
• Accessibility and inclusivity of the play area
• Safety, seating, landscaping, and supporting features
• Any additional ideas or suggestions for improving the space

Your feedback is important and will help inform the design and development of future play provision in the area.

Important elements to consider when submitting a response:

• Winterbourne Parish Council can only build on / develop land they own

• Any works are to be funded by an increase in the Parish Precept
